Absolutely Pure Low Pufa Organic Cleansing Oil is a simple blend to suit all skin types and has a total of less than 4% polyunsaturates.
Thorough face cleansing is the most essential precondition for optimum functioning of healthy skin and this oil will cleanse gently and effectively, restoring balance to your skin's own oil production.
Not only is oil the best way to thoroughly remove sunscreen and makeup, (especially waterproof mascara), it's also much more effective than traditional cleansers for getting gunk out of your pores.
It is quite common to avoid oil-based products if your skin is oily, but this is a mistake as oily skin produces more oil as a defence mechanism to balance out loss of moisture and is often a sign of a damaged skin barrier.
Like attracts like and using oil-based products will dissolve grease and makeup without stripping the skin; always double-cleanse when removing make up and sunscreen and follow with another cleanser of your choice to remove all traces of oil.
Mix with kaolin or rhassoul clay to make a gentle facial scrub or use salt and/or sugar - blend in your palm or a small pot.

Start by removing eye make up with a little oil on damp cotton wool.
Make sure your face is dry, take a small amount of oil and gently massage it in to your skin just long enough to break up the dirt, grime or makeup.
Next, run a muslin cleansing square under warm water and drape it over your face for five seconds before using it to gently wipe away the oil.
Repeat three or four times.
Pat your face dry with a clean towel and spritz with Organic Skin Drink before applying Organic Skin Food.
NEVER re-use the cloth.
You need to use a clean cloth every single time because damp cloths can breed bacteria and mould, which you could transfer to your face, along with dead skin and debris.
