The Authentic Bass Design for Gum Health
The original Dr. Bass design is still the best for stimulating gum tissue, disrupting and disorganising the 'thug bug' colonies that are implicated in gum disease, and helping conduct the symphony of microbes in the mouth.
Understanding the 3-Row vs 4-Row Design Differences
- 3-Row Bass Design: Still works best for wiggling bristles down into gum pockets and targeting the gum line.
- 4-Row Polishing Design: Has the same shorter Bass handle and rounded bristle tips, but the tufts are closer together to better clean and gently polish your teeth.
Choosing Your Size: Adult vs. Junior
Despite the names "Adult size" and "Junior size," there is no set age range. All brushes have rounded bristle tips and medium-firmness bristles.
Tip: Some adult customers prefer the junior toothbrush, as it better suits the size of their mouth. Conversely, some children have larger mouths that can accommodate the adult size.

The brushes have five different designs on the handle (hearts, smiley faces, bees, dolphins, and turtle). If you order multiples, you'll receive an assortment (stock permitting).

IMPORTANT STORAGE NOTE: An important aspect of periodontal disease is the potential for toothbrushes to be perpetual infection vectors. To prevent pathogen contamination, please store your toothbrush in a highly concentrated solution of sodium bicarbonate (1 tablespoon in 125ml of water) or use a UV toothbrush steriliser.

It's weird but I love the feel of this little brush in my mouth. It feels totally different to a plastic toothbrushes and because of its size reaches all the areas that are continuously missed and where you can get build up. Designed to gently but throughly clean your teeth and when used with Shine it provides amazing results. Better for yiur teeth and the environment.

Great bristles for massageing your gums. Handle shorter than usual, but that limits the pressure you put on your gums. I like it alot and will keep buying it in the future.

This is my second order for these brushes. I have braces at the moment in preparation for having eight tooth implants and it is VITAL I keep my gums in perfect condition. I have stopped using my sonic toothbrush for the moment as its not advisable to use with braces - and have found these Bass toothbrushes perfect. You really feel they are, gently, getting right into the gum line! Very pleased with them.

My teeth feel really clean after using the toothbrush and it doesn't irritate my gums at all. The bristles are nice and soft, but still clean the teeth really well. The toothbrush is short, but feels comfy in the hand and is easy to hold and use

I only have one of these brushes. I find it very easy to use and like the way it is so soft and gentle. I have bad periodontal trouble - my mouth feels much better and I am hoping the need for surgery will be less when I go back to the periodontist

I have periodontal disease and my dentist recommended the bass technique. I did this with my regular toothbrush and severely aggravated my gums, losing a little gum tissue. I did some research and found this brush. My gums are no longer red and irritated after brushing. Some people have commented on the size of the brush but I have a small mouth and I don't struggle with the size of it at all. I highly recommend this if you are using the bass technique.
